1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

For hygiene and respect reasons, we cannot accept returns of urns that have already been used.
2. How to Start a Return
- To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bloomagain.co.uk.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and simple instructions.
- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bloom Again (Warehouse) Unit 4, Collins Yard, Mill Lane, Dronfield, Derbyshire S18 2XL
3. Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another item, simply return the product as above and place a new order through our website.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
