Refund policy

We want you to feel completely comfortable when ordering from Bloom Again. Below you’ll find our simple and transparent returns policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • For hygiene and respect reasons, we cannot accept returns of urns that have already been used.


2. How to Start a Return

  • To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bloomagain.co.uk
  • Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and simple instructions.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bloom Again (Warehouse) Unit 4, Collins Yard, Mill Lane, Dronfield, Derbyshire S18 2XL

3. Returns Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for another item, simply return the product as above and place a new order through our website.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
